    • Off-hours: submit your question through the chat interface and we will follow up the next day.

Reschedule Options & Criteria

If your assigned migration window impacts your department/unit's business needs, you may request a reschedule.

Due to the large number of migrations and the scale of the effort, we have carefully assigned sites to specific cohort groups and dates to ensure service integrity and support.

Rescheduling is only considered for:

  • Significant business impact (e.g., application or transaction deadlines).
  • Conflict with a major event your unit is hosting.
  • The primary site manager is out and unavailable to perform the migration review.

Things that won鈥檛 work during review (but will work once launched)

Some functions will only work when your site is live on a colorado.edu URL. The following features won't function correctly while you're reviewing the site in the sandbox environment (pantheon.io URL):

  1. Chat Widgets:

    • Chat widgets will not display on your migrated site until the site is launched. These widgets only function on a colorado.edu URL, so expect them to be inactive in the sandbox environment.
  2. Campus News Block:

    • The campus news block will not pull in CU 麻豆影院 Today articles while in the sandbox. This feature will work correctly once your site is live on a colorado.edu URL.
  3. Legacy Sandbox Links:

    • Web Express sites created before Spring 2022 may appear to have broken links in the sandbox environment. These links, starting with 鈥減1鈥 followed by numbers and letters, will result in a 404 error in the sandbox. They will function properly once your site is live on your colorado.edu URL.
  4. Webform Submissions:

    • Webform submissions will not be processed in the sandbox. Test submissions may not come through. Once the site is live on a colorado.edu URL, webform submissions will be processed correctly.
