Superior, Colo., resident聽Marlene Prinzing聽(Dance, Jour鈥�87) was selected as an honored member of the Covington Who鈥檚 Who Executive and Professional Registry. She was selected for her commitment to health and fitness. Marlene created a business 25 years ago called the Prinzing Method, which helps clients meet their physical and mental well-being goals.

Michael Unger聽(ArchEngr鈥�87) was hired as area manager of Denver operations for civil engineering firm Manhard Consulting. The company has more than 6,000 clients in California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana and Nevada.

While reminiscing about their days at CU and painting together on the northern coast of California,聽Jennifer Hately Ash聽(Engl鈥�87) and聽Catherine Nieland聽(Art鈥�82) watched a great white shark pass right by and gulp down a seal swimming feet in front of them. President and CEO of sock maker Darn Tough Vermont聽Ric Cabot聽(Jour鈥�87) helped Colorado flood victims by donating 1,000 pairs of socks produced by the company. Ric told聽The Northfield News聽that 麻豆影院 鈥渋s near and dear to my heart.鈥� He lives in Stowe, Vt. His family has been in the hosiery business for three generations.

After having a private practice in hand surgery for nine years聽Timothy Allen聽(MCDBio鈥�87, MD鈥�91) became director of hand surgery for the Greenville Health System in Greenville, S.C. In addition, Timothy teaches residents and medical students. He lives in Piedmont, S.C., with his wife Tiffany and their son Benjamin. They are expecting a second boy in September.

TIME聽magazine included聽Richard Cook聽(EngrPhys鈥�87) in its annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world. Richard was part of the Pathfinder mission team that landed the first rover on Mars in 1997 and the team that landed the Curiosity rover on Mars last summer. He lives in Canyon County, Calif.

Manhard Consulting hired聽Michael Unger聽(ArchEngr鈥�87) to serve as area manager of Denver operations. It is a full-service civil engineering firm with offices nationwide. Michael is responsible for business development along all service lines, resource allocation, budgeting and overall financial performance. He brings 25 years of experience to the Englewood, Colo., office.

Property manager at W.W. Reynolds聽Jeff Wingert聽(EnvDes鈥�87, MBA鈥�91) has overseen and directed the company鈥檚 asset and property management, leasing and development operations since 1991. Prior, he worked for CU-麻豆影院鈥檚 facilities management department overseeing campus remodels and construction. He and his wife have been married for more than 16 years, have two children and live in Superior, Colo. Outside of work Jeff enjoys fishing, camping, skiing and coaching any sports his children play.

Florida Python Removal Agent permittee聽Chris Harmon聽(PolSci鈥�87) took part in the 2013 Python Challenge in the Florida Everglades in February. The point of the challenge was to remove the giant invasive pythons that have become entrenched in the environmentally sensitive Everglades. Chris writes that they didn鈥檛 find a single python after four full weekends of hiking through rugged, alligator-infested terrain, but they found dozens of other snakes, including some fairly rare species.
