How to Reserve Equipment/Studios
To reserve equipment, you must claim your account in Cheqroom. You will need to wait a minimum of 24-hours for a Kage Employee to give you access.聽All equipment reservations聽must be scheduled a minimum of 16聽hours in advance via the online schedule system.聽
Walk-in Appointments are聽ONLY聽during walk-in hours on Tuesdays & Fridays.聽
You can rent equipment for a maximum of 48 hours (or over the weekend). Reservations longer than the allotted time are subject to manager approval and will have a $5 extension fee.聽
