Project: Small Satellite Deployable Booms

Team Abstract: Team CUBED uses a unique telescoping boom design out of lightweight aluminum with an integrated latching design to extend payloads in a cost effective and rigid manner. Paired with a unique camera/mirror/led attitude determination system our design can read the orientation of the payload precisely and without any noise interference from the satellite body itself.
