SpeedType & Project Number
Once all documents have been received and your project has been reviewed and processed it will be routed to the Campus Controller's Office (CCO)Ìýto be assigned a project number and SpeedType.
The following items must be completed and accurate before an award is accepted and routed to RFS for financial project setup, including assignment of a project number and SpeedType:
- Proposal Submission Request (PSR) form
- Current DEPA on file with the Office of Research Integrity
- Proposal documents on file and uploaded into the InfoEd proposal record
- Statement of Work and Budget for any award in which the Sponsor did not request a Proposal from OCG
The following are other items that may be required depending on the details of a specific award.
- Safe and Inclusive Working Environments (SIWE) plan for National Science Foundation (when applicable)
- Human subject approval with IRBÌý
- Animal Subjects approval with IACUC
- Radioactive materials use with EH&S
- Proposal documents on file
- IDC Addendum or IDC Waiver fully signedÌý
- Cost Share Addendum fully signedÌý
- Subaward documentsÌý
- Office of Export Control reviewÌý
- Venture Partners at CU Â鶹ӰԺÌýreviewÌý
- Intellectual Property review
- Information Technology Security Office review
- University Legal Counsel review
