Proposal Submission Request (PSR) Form
All new proposals require a Proposal Submission Request (PSR) form, which must be completed and signed by the lead CU Investigator at least five business days prior to proposal submission. The primary purposes of the PSR is to collect important proposal-related information and review areas of compliance in one location. For detailed guidance on completing the PSR, see the PSR User Guide.
A PSR is also required for proposals that are resubmissions, as well as proposal requests for supplements, continuations, or renewals.
If a proposal has already been submitted and a revised budget is requested for previously submitted estimates, a new PSR is not required.
