OCG Proposal Submission Dates for Winter Break Campus Closure
CU Â鶹ӰԺ is closed for Winter Break and the Office of Contracts and Grants will be closed during that time from December 25, 2024 through January 1, 2025.
OCG will process proposals due in December 2024 and January 2025 according to our standard 5-business day policy with the following exceptions:

Principal Investigators are encouraged to contact their Proposal Analyst well in advance for any proposal with a deadline between the dates of Monday, December 16thand Friday, January 10th to ensure proper processing and review.
