While on OPT, SEVIS reporting is required in order to maintain your F-1 status. This ISSS workshop is meant to help students authorized for OPT better understand their OPT reporting responsibilities.

Join Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) for a free Feel Better Fast workshop. This workshop is designed to help you manage stress, reduce racing thoughts, make better decisions for yourself, and regulate emotions.

This workshop will teach a basic definition of mindfulness and simple skills for practicing daily mindfulness and provide you with tools you can use outside of the session. Additionally, James Huffman, Academic Partnerships and Outreach Program Manager from the Health Promotion Office, will lead you through gratitude practices and exercises.

The mobile food pantry is free and open to CU �鶹ӰԺ students, faculty, and staff as well as community members of �鶹ӰԺ and Broomfield Counties. Attendees will receive up to 30 pounds of food in multiple boxes. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
