The International Film Series, in partnership with the Center for African and African American Studies (The CAAAS), is celebrating Black History Month with a celebratory program that highlights Black culture through cinema during the month of February 2024.

Get involved in your community, learn new skills, and make connections through volunteering! Meet local organizations with volunteer opportunities at the Spring Volunteer Fair. Hosted by the Volunteer Resource Center. Free and open to all students.

Explore the link between sleep, health and academics while learning strategies for better sleep. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge learned to set their own sleep hygiene goals. 

Competitors will describe their complex research in three minutes, using only one static slide, in front of a panel of judges and a live audience. The first-place winner will receive $1,500 in research funds and the opportunity to represent the university at the Western Association of Graduate Schools (WAGS) competition in early March 2024.

Calling all Buffs who are poets, artists, and writers to participate in a night of spoken word, poetry, and storytelling centering on our theme: Love. Come read your original poetry or a piece from your favorite artist, or just listen in.
