Ask An Advocate is a time for students and staff who may have questions about OVA and not ready to connect. Ask an Advocate is anonymous, in that we do not collect people鈥檚 name and information. These meetings are not clinical and are meant to help provide insight, solutions and information about additional resources as well as information about one鈥檚 rights and options around traumatic experiences. People can come with questions about various processes and topics like聽Title IX, discrimination, sexual assault, intimate partner abuse, experiences of bias, harassment, stalking, assault, and other crimes or traumatic experiences, that happened recently OR in the past.
