Course Description

Supervisors and managers make a significant impact on employee productivity and engagement, innovation, and performance. They are the creators and carriers of culture for their teams and directly influence whether top talent stays or leaves. Their role has always been tough and today’s realities make the role even tougher. Both new and experienced supervisors and managers can struggle when it comes to excelling at leading teams in today’s workplace.

  • Identify specific actions to help team members navigate and accelerate through change and achieve better performance.

Who should attend

This workshop is intended for staff and faculty who are first time supervisors looking to transition successfully from individual contributors to leaders of others. It also applies to leaders who have been in their roles for some time and are looking for practical and relevant guidance on how to effectively lead and manage their teams.

Cost

FranklinCovey content is available on an annual subscription that runs from September 1 to August 30 each year. The subscription cost is $136. All virtually facilitated courses and all online content are available through the subscription, at no additional cost. Any additional FranklinCovey course facilitated in-person has an additional $45 per course materials fee.
