      • Establish Council governance and infrastructure, 4 sub-committees, for college stakeholders: undergraduate students, graduate students/postdocs, staff, and faculty

      • Convene subcommittee between now and February 23rd ICC meeting to:
        1. for meetings and preparation for February share out.
        2. Referencing the ICC’s mission and responsibilities, campus IDEA Plan and -  identify the top priorities for ICC to prioritize your group’s stakeholders
        • Use the Sub-Committee
        • Utilize
      • Connect with college units and leaders of relevance for the subcommittee
        1. Undergraduate students: Terri Wright, Rhonda Hoenigman, Mary Steiner, Tanya Ennis/Phil Courey (BOLD Center) 
        2. Graduate students: Meredith Canode, Charles Musgrave 
        3. Staff: Alisha Bennett Stewart, Amy Moreno-Sherwood, Cherie Summers
        4. Faculty: Fernando Rosario-Ortiz, Robyn Sandekian, Massimo Ruzzene, Amy Moreno-Sherwood
    • Create an ICC Strategic Plan composed of priorities from each sub-committee.
  • Forecast for February Meeting [5 minutes]
    • Prepare to share out 1-2 IDEA Plan Actions for the subcommittee by your established leaders. 
    • (~10 minutes) a topic for discussion and/or to share a local (department, program, or unit) JEDI initiative directly on meeting agendas going forward.
