Throughout the year, Disability Services will organize workshops and training sessions. These will range from trainings on our newly introduced Accommodate Software to workshops on how to prepare for the semester and how to prepare for finals.

Students can meet one-on-one with an Academic Coach to discuss a variety of topics, including note-taking strategies, organization skills, time management, goal setting and more.

Recognizing the diverse needs of our students, Disability Services has transformed a section of our office into an inclusive center. Access+ aims to foster community and provide additional programming opportunities for students with disabilities on campus.

Disability Services awards scholarships and provides limited financial assistance to students. To be eligible, applicants must have documentation of a disability, be a degree-seeking student at CU 麻豆影院, and complete the CU 麻豆影院 Scholarship Application before the deadline.

Temporary medical conditions (TMC) such as injuries, surgeries or acute illnesses may not qualify as permanent disabling conditions. However, Disability Services does provide assistance to students and guidance on working with a temporary medical condition while attending CU 麻豆影院 and we鈥檇 be happy to meet with you to discuss further.

Students, faculty and staff can access Accommodate to manage accommodations, obtain accommodation letters and check the status of other service requests such as note-taking, alternative material formats and exam scheduling.

The Testing Center proctors exams for students with academic accommodations as determined by the Disability Services office.
