The Biochemistry and Chemistry Departments thank the聽Lacher family, including John and Jan who attended the 2024 dinner, for their generous support and interest in our Biochemistry and Chemistry聽students! This year's awards were given to three Biochemistry students (sophomores Asher Ferreira, Ava Winter, and junior Kuo-Hsein "Tim" Shih)聽and one Chemistry student (Adira Lunken, senior).
罢丑别听Bob and Dickie Lacher Scholarship Fund聽is awarded to students who meet the following criteria:
- Rising sophomores enrolled full-time with a declared major in Biochemistry or Chemistry in the College of Arts & Sciences.
- CU聽GPA聽3.0 or higher.
- In good standing per CU鈥檚聽厂础笔听辫辞濒颈肠测
Preference is given to students who have graduated from a high school in Colorado or Minnesota. Extracurricular activities, community service, and recommendation letters will be used as secondary criteria between applicants of equal merit.
This scholarship is renewable for up to three years provided the recipient maintains a聽GPA聽of 3.0 or above.
