I hope that you rested and reconnected with loved ones during winter break. This semester, please join me at my open forums with colleges, schools and academic affairs units for updates on our six priorities:
- Examining how students are enrolled at the university
- Analyzing and improving the first-year student experience,听with special attention to听Residential Academic Programs听and听Living and Learning Communities听
- Creating expanded, consistent wrap-around services to help all students succeed
- Focusing on employee engagement and wellness
- Enhancing operational excellence听
- Building efficiencies in technology, web and work process/policy听
