How to Register

Before you begin your online course you will need to request your course training site. Training sites are allocated Monday – Friday during university business hours. A site invitation is usually sent out within 24 hours of a request being submitted.

Our self-guided course enables you to learn at your own pace while gaining valuable knowledge, skills and downloadable resources. You may take advantage of this user-friendly professional development opportunity whenever it fits into your busy schedule, and wherever you are connected to the Internet.

The courses take approximately 2 hours of actual online time to complete, and you have 30 days following registration to manage your learning time.  You’ll walk away with real skills, and essentials tips for creating more professional and accessible web content.

Learner Outcomes

Participants will learn how to create the following content types in Web Express:

  • Learn how to add a video reveal block.
  • Create a content grid block and know when to use it.
  • Understand the expandable block.
  • The basics of the content list page and content list block.
  • Set a new homepage from a different content type.
  • Create a custom 404/ page not found page.
