Greetings fellow Buffaloes! I hope you're all well acclimated by now to the new semester and the mountain air. This week's events include the Center for Student Involvement grand opening, Study Abroad Fair and the Pearl Street Stampede.

Your advisor can help you grow your independence by providing guidance and insight on your academic path, while also connecting you to on-campus resources.

The Center for Student Involvement will host a grand opening celebration for its new office and resource center in UMC room 330 on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2 to 4 p.m. Check out the new space and learn what the center can do for you or your student group.

Did you know that you can often get the software you need for your classes at discounted prices or even for no user fee? The campus site licensing webpage is your key to finding the best deals on our campus for academic-related software like Mathematica, MATLAB, or JMP. For Microsoft Office, the site points you to the university Office 365 portal for a free download.

On Friday, Aug. 19, the 麻豆影院鈥檚 Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) discovered that its storage trailer had been stolen out of an East Campus parking lot in the area of 3100 Marine St. Anyone with information regarding the possible identity of the suspect is asked to call the CU 麻豆影院 Police Department at 303-492-6666.
