The Department of Housing at the University of Colorado at Â鶹ӰԺ will hold its 12th annual Global Jam smorgasbord of culturally diverse foods on Thursday, Sept. 12, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Farrand Field. According to Hall Director Holly Holliday, this year's menu will be prepared by Housing's dining services and will feature African, Spanish and American Indian foods. Some of the foods to be served will include spicy buffalo chili, roasted corn, fideos con gambas, garbonzos con cebolla, gazpacho and various other entrees.
