Explore fitness and wellness at the Take Care Street Fair! Visit Sewall听field from 3 to听6 p.m. to sample seasonal produce from local farms, get expert advice about nutrition and training, drop into a fitness demo, learn about easy and healthful meal options at a cooking demo and more. Plus, bring two canned items to donate to the food drive, and you鈥檒l be entered to win a wellness gift pack.


Wednesday, Sept. 26

Come meet U.S. Department of State foreign service officer and diplomat in residence for the Rocky Mountain region听Stewart Devine.听He will discuss career and internships at the U.S. Department of State.听Whether advocating for human rights or democracy throughout the world, explaining American foreign policy to citizens of other countries听or assisting American citizens overseas, you can make a difference with the U.S. Department of State. Stop by听C4C S350听from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to learn about career and internship opportunities.

Drop by the听CU Museum鈥檚 TreeSpace to connect with the natural world and your own body and mind through a tree-themed, all-levels vinyasa flow class incorporating mindful breathing and science-inspired visual meditation.听Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Please arrive early to settle in and explore the museum exhibits. Join from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.


Thursday, Sept. 27

Need more things to do?

Join the Center for Inclusion & Social Change staff for fun, snacks and conversation at an open house from noon to 3 p.m. in C4C N320.

Head to Farrand Field from 3 to听6 p.m. for free barbeque听and a chance to meet with various student organizations on campus. There will be performances, a photobooth, bounce houses, free giveaways and more.

Get ready for upcoming career fairs this semester and learn what to bring, what to wear and how to interact with employers. This free workshop begins at 5:15 p.m. in the Discovery Learning Center, Room 1B70.

Buffs Go Bowling

Enjoy free bowling and food from 8 to 10 p.m.听at The Connection in the UMC.

Ralphie鈥檚 Corral: CU vs. UCLA

Stop by Ralphie's Corral on Duane field between 4 and 7 p.m. for the free student tailgate. All students are welcome, and if you鈥檙e a Herd member, be sure to dig in to some听free food and swag! First 100 members get the new clear bag fanny pack.

Football and aerospace: One night only

CU 麻豆影院 is celebrating a special Aerospace Night at Folsom Field under the Friday night lights as the Buffs take on UCLA. Wear your black Buffs gear!听 There also will be an Afternoon of Aerospace听leading up to the game, including a听tailgate and afternoon seminar with a solar sails expert from NASA鈥檚 Marshall Space Flight Center.
