Head to The Rec for free fitness classes, ice skating and bouldering all week long! Spring semester BeFit passes, intramural sports passes, skate rental passes and climbing gym memberships are also available for purchase this week.

Renowned 20th-century violist William Primrose is recognized for his unparalleled virtuosity. Join violist Erika Eckert and pianist Margaret McDonald for an evening of music celebrating his lyricism in a number of his song transcriptions.听Due to popular demand for Faculty Tuesdays concerts, early arrival is recommended. House doors open 30 minutes before concert start.


Wednesday, Jan. 16

11听a.m. to 2听p.m.听 Koenig Alumni Center
All students are invited to kick off the 2019 spring semester with free food, beverages and a candle craft take-home activity. Herd members who attend will be entered to win free prizes. This event is free and open to everyone!

This conference will bring together leaders in technology transfer, including those with expertise in intellectual property and commercialization. Topics of discussion include听emerging trends in technology transfer, current pitfalls听and best practices. Panelists听will also evaluate what CU听needs to do to become a national leader in this area.

Alternative Breaks info session

Interested in a spring break service experience? Join a movement of college students who are passionate about making a difference. Alternative Breaks sends teams of college students to participate in community-based service projects during college breaks. Attend this info session at the Volunteer Resource Center to learn more about Alternative Breaks. All full-time undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply by Feb. 1.

Buffalo Nites: DIY blankets, scarves and pillows

Join us for the first Buffalo Nites of the semester. We will be making a variety of cozy crafts out of fleece鈥攊ncluding blankets, scarves and pillows. There will also be a hot chocolate bar to help everyone warm up from the cold of January. Everything is free!

MFA candidate Leah Woods creates a kinesthetic journey into the quantum cosmos and micro-universe of our unsustainable consumption during this free dance concert.

Program Council Film Series is proud to present the first movie event of the year! Mid90s follows Stevie, a kid in 1990s Los Angeles, as he escapes his turbulent home life with a new group of friends he met at a local skate shop. As always, there is free admission and popcorn for everyone in attendance.
