Research and innovation community,

After receiving questions about campus mask guidance from August 13 and August 19, I am writing to highlight a few items of particular relevance to our research community:

• Masks are required in public indoor spaces on the CU 麻豆影院 campus听regardless of vaccination status as of Aug. 13, 2021.
• All individuals must wear a face covering at CU 麻豆影院 when engaged in classroom instruction, laboratory work, academic advising or other activities in any publicly accessible indoor space on campus.
  • Note: Labs, creative work spaces and similar shared spaces鈥攅ven if accessible only to authorized personnel鈥攁re considered publicly accessible and are included in the above requirement.听
• Exemptions: For a lab or other shared space to be exempted from the above mask requirement, an must be submitted and approved.

For questions regarding the mask requirement or additional information, please check for the latest information on the campus COVID-19 website听or email buffinfo@colorado.edu.

Vaccination is the most effective way to protect you and your loved ones from COVID-19. If you have not completed the requirement, please听submit your information online as soon as possible. The final deadline is Sept. 15.
