- We will be setting Fall 2022 advising holds for continuing students on Thursday, Feb. 3. Once set, these holds will prevent students in those programs from registering until they've met with their academic advisor.

- The Office of the Registrar cannot provide degree verifications to Fall 2021 graduates until degrees post on Jan. 14, 2022.
- Now that grade rosters have been created, Fall 2021 late adds must be submitted using a change of record form, which requires college approval and the student's final grade.
- Web grading opens on Tuesday, Dec. 7. Attend our webinar an overview of the web grading cycle, address frequently asked questions and demonstrate the web grading process.
- The grade replacement policy is currently under review. To minimize any potential impacts to Spring 2022 record processing, we're waiting to accept grade replacement requests for spring until policy review is complete.
- If someone asks a university employee for information about a student on full privacy and doesn't immediately volunteer a password/passphrase to confirm their identity/ authorization, the employee must now tell the requester, "Due to data privacy policies, we are unable to respond to your request."
