Important Notes:
To be eligible for an incomplete grade, college policy requires that:
- the student request the incomplete,
- the student has satisfactorily completed a significant portion of the course,
- and聽the student has extenuating circumstances beyond her/his control that prevent the student from completing the course within the normal time frame
Students only have ONE year from the term the course was taken (i.e. a course taken in Spring 2018 has until the end of Spring 2019) to complete the portion of the work that is uncompleted.
Instructors can set a shorter deadline, but all remaining work must be done in one year. Grades will automatically turn from an "I" to an "F" after this deadline
