Eligibility

Student Eligibility

Applicants must be a degree-seeking undergraduates at CU Â鶹ӰԺ planning to present, perform or exhibit a project supervised by an eligible mentor. Due to university travel guidelines, all applicants must be at least 18-years-old to apply.

Mentor Eligibility

CU Â鶹ӰԺ and Anschutz Medical Campus faculty, instructors, staff, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students are eligible to serve as mentors on PACE applications.

When can I apply?

Students can apply as soon as they are accepted to present, perform or exhibit their work—but no later than the start of the event. Students cannot receive PACE funding for events occurring after they graduate. Keep in mind that applications received close to the event start date might be processed and awarded after the event.


Application Process Overview

Step 1

Review all of the guidelines on the PACE website to confirm your eligibility and plan your application with your mentor.

Step 2

Prepare your application with your mentor and submit using the secure and accessible online forms linked on this site.

Step 3

When you submit your application, your mentor will receive an email with a unique link to access the Mentor Endorsement form.

Step 4

Your application will be reviewed 2-4 weeks after the endorsement is completed, and PACE staff may follow up as needed.

Step 5

Decision notices are sent from urop@colorado.edu and may require additional compliance steps—if travelling internationally.
