Ombuds Office Hours of Operation (Monday-Friday):
9:00 AM -12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time

Please note we operate remotely on Fridays.

Consults with ombuds are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call 303-492-5077. We are located in Suite 484, drop by during our hours of operation to get an appointment scheduled. Call ahead to ensure that we are available. We are a small team and lock our suite when we are all busy assisting others.

We recommend that all communication with our office be done in person, by Zoom or by phone. To safeguard confidentiality, we do not use email to schedule appointments or to provide ombuds services.

Conversations with the Ombuds Office are voluntary, confidential and informal. The Ombuds Office is not authorized to receive notice of claims against the university nor are Ombuds mandatory reporters. We are not required to report any matters you discuss, unless there is an imminent risk of serious harm. By using our services, you agree not to record the conversation or call members of the office to testify in a court of law.
