Acoustically actuated transfection device using novel microchannel and acoustic technology.
Using a microfluidic chip developed by Dr. Ding鈥檚 laboratory at CU 麻豆影院, AcoustaMed has developed a mechanical device that places mRNA into cells using a high frequency acoustic signal. The device is semi-autonomous, efficient and easy to use. The device can drastically speed up the process taking as little as 1% of the time used by current techniques.
