The Paul M. Rady Department of Mechanical Engineering graduate program is ranked 17^th听among public university peers听by听U.S. News & World Report. This makes our mechanical engineering program one of the top-ranked in the nation.听

We have expertise in听air quality, biomedical,听materials, mechanics of materials, micro/nanoscale, robotics and systems design, and thermo fluid sciences research.
