Atashi was a postcotral reseach with Charles while he was still at Stanford University. After leaving the group, she joined Intel as a Staff Engineer. After 7 years, she moved to Applied Materials to work as a Technology Manager in the Modeling & Surface Analysis / Computational Chemistry & Materials Design department. More recently, she joined Lam Research as a Senior Director of Internal Computational Products.

Ankan was a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University before Charles moved to CU. After leaving the group, he moved back to India to be a Professor at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science

Michael graduated from Stanford University before Charles moved to CU. After graduating, he was a Scientist at Arqule for 2 years before returning to graduate school to complete his PhD at UCSF under the supervision of Brian Shoichet. Later, he would hold Scientist positions at ConfometRx, Inc and SeaChange Pharmaceuticals, Inc before becoming Principal Scientist at Atomwise.

Bariz graduated from Stanford University before Charles moved to CU. After graduating, he has held several positions as a Business Analyst, at companies like Kaiser Permanente, Wells Fargo, Blackstone Technology Group and Charles Schwab, where he currently works.

After graduating, Abby took a position as a Research and Development Scientist at Quansys Biosciences. Recently, she was promoted to Vice President of Research and Development.

After graduating, Afnan held a position at SaudiAramco as a Research Engineer. After 3 years, he decided to return to graduate school to pursue a PhD in Chemical Engineering at UC Berkeley.

After graduating, Sam took a position as a Systems Engineer at Terumo BCT. After 2 years, he took a short stint as a Financial Analyst at Nomix Life Sciences Inc. before starting his own company, Sugar Grove, where he is currently CEO.

After graduating, Alan went to UC Santa Barbara to pursue a PhD in Chemical Engineering under the supervision of Eric McFarland and Horia Metiu. After graduating, Tommy went to the Colorado School of Mines to pursue a PhD in Chemical Engineering under the supervision of Colin Wolden and Douglas Way. He now works at Idaho National Laboratory as a Staff Scientist.
