Aaron is the Project Manager and System Engineer for the FLARE team. As the PM he is the student leader in charge of the project and technical leader of the team.
Moe Suemura
Moe Suemura is a graduate student in the Aerospace Engineering Department at the 麻豆影院 and will be graduating in the Spring of 2023 with a Masters in Aerospace Engineering. Moe is the Mechanical Design Team Leader for the FLARE project. She is in charge of designing, manufacturing, and testing of space dropondes and the dropsonde dispenser. This includes all structures, mechanism, and materials work.
Hunter Singh
Hunter Singh is a PhD student in the Aerospace Department at the 麻豆影院 and is the Electrical Design Team Leader for the FLARE project. I am leading Artemis efforts at Northrop. I help NASA overcome some of the key challenges facing the campaign. I have recently run my own analog in the California high desert called CRADLE where I've been performing research on tele robotics, microbial growth, regolith substrate for radish growth, bioastronautic brahmanaut studies (applying eastern knowledge to the Mars mission), human robotic solar sintering, human construction techniques using robotic filled sand bags, suit port designs, and more recently at Northrop I've been leading IRAD efforts on crew displays, open vs close loop eclss systems and human assisted large habitable volume construction.
Valerie Svaldi
Valerie Svaldi is a graduate student in the Space Resources Program at the Colorado School of Mines and will be graduating with a Masters of Science in Spring of 2023. She is a Professional Research Assistant (PRA) involved in the FLARE project as a faculty mentor. Valerie provides support and guidance for the project with specific focus on material studies.
