Research Bio

Hussain is a 5^th听year grad electrobuff听from our own CU 麻豆影院's Chemistry department. Hussain鈥檚 research focuses on modeling and assessment of integrated CO₂ capture and electrochemical utilization.听He uses process modeling tools (e.g., Aspen Plus) as well as techno-economic modeling to understand the future feasibility of emerging Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) and electrolysis technologies.听Hussain is co-advised by听Dr. Bri-Mathias Hodge.

听

Hussain grew up in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, in a small town called听Al Qatif. He听likes to play volleyball and football (a.k.a soccer), and he loves to go听hiking to some of the breathtaking mountains in Colorado!听
