We often have new openings for PhD students, fully funded.Ìý

Required background: Mechanics of materials, experimental mechanics and/or computational solid mechanics. Preferred but not required: Background in fracture mechanics, composites materials, granular physics or biomechanics. Undergraduate researchers, interns.Ìý

Whether you are an undergraduate student at CU Â鶹ӰԺ, or a student from another University (including Universities abroad), there are always opportunities for lab work and internships in our lab. We offer 3 to 6 months research projects which are challenging, but rewarding. Past UG students and interns in our group are now co-authors in high profile scientific publications.
