We recognize that, historically and currently, the scientific contributions of women and people of color have been overlooked and ignoredÌýand that these groups (among others) are underrepresented in our scientific community. Lacking diverse perspectives can only hurt the process of scientific discovery.ÌýWe are committed to uplifting the voices of underrepresented groups in science. In the lab, we are excited to supportÌýand recruitÌýresearchers with diverse backgrounds and identities.
