Applied History Initiative Completion of Mellon Grant Questionnaire

With the successful completion of the Applied History Initiative's grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, we are looking to collect information from past participants in all our programming to help us better understand the future of the Applied History Initiative. We would greatly value your candid, honest feedback, whether that is highlighting things you believe we should continue to do, suggestions for things we can do better or should do, or places we came up short. What has stayed in your memory as the most valuable feature of working with the Applied History Initiative?

In the time that has passed since you participated in Applied History Initiative program(s), has your sense of the role Applied History can play in your career evolved?

How did the Applied History experience improve your ability to convey to people —family, friends, acquaintances, fellow scholars, and practitioners in fields related to the subjects you study— the significance and relevance of your knowledge of history, particularly of your research?
