We expanded the dashboard to include a separate list for each interview step. Interview lists are now grouped first by the job in which there are interviews occurring. Clicking on the job will display both the list of candidates that have not yet been reviewed and candidates already reviewed in that step.

As you review candidates, the reasonÌý‘Why’ is now an optional selection. To better track the reason for your feedback, you will now have the ability to leave notes on a candidate. These notes should be job-related and focus on the education, experience, and skills of the candidate as they relate to the position. These notes are not visible to others.

After submitting feedback on a candidate, you can review and update your feedback at any time. You can find candidates in the related ‘Feedback Provided’ or ‘Resumes Reviewed’ tab that exists for all interview steps and the resume review step. Clicking the candidate name or ‘Review’ will bring you to the candidate detail page where feedback can be reviewed and updated.

Newly added navigation buttons make it easier to navigate back to the full list of candidates that have not yet been reviewed.

If you submit feedback on a candidate in the first ‘Resume Review’ round, you will be able to continue accessing your feedback and their detail page in the ‘Resumes Reviewed’ list for the next steps leading up to the first interview, including assessment and HireVue. If you provide feedback on a candidate in ‘Final Interview’, you will be able to continue accessing the candidate from the ‘Final Interview’ list throughout all steps leading up to an offer, including SkillSurvey steps.

Note: All active candidates in an active search can be viewed by clicking ‘Active Candidates’ under the ‘Candidates’ tab in the navigation bar.

We made several general usability enhancements throughout the portal such as updating labels and help text, columns for sorting, and navigation options.
