Plan Outlined for Faculty and Staff Pay Increases
The CU Board of Regents at its April meeting approved a 4% compensation pool for CU 麻豆影院 employees to be implemented effective Jan. 1, 2025.
- Faculty/University Staff: Similar to last year, the 4% compensation pool will be applied as a 4% increase for eligible university staff who are meeting or exceeding performance expectations (3 or higher on performance reviews) and as a 4% merit pool for faculty and research faculty.
- Classified Staff: On July 1, a 3% across-the-board pay increase will be applied to classified staff. Eligible employees will be placed on the wage step for their pay grade that reflects their total years in a job series as of June 30, 2024, and will begin to earn the rate of pay for that step. - Grad Student Assistantships: Beginning at the start of the 2024-2025 academic year, there will be a 4% across-the-board increase to the standard campus rate for graduate student assistantships.
