Making Virtual Meetings Inclusive: Exploring Equity Gaps
CU 麻豆影院 faculty and staff are invited to join Human Resources for a training focused on understanding potential inequities in virtual meetings.The purpose of this one hour online course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills for making virtual meetings inclusive.
Course objectives
Becoming an Inclusive Leader (6 week series)
The purpose of Becoming an Inclusive Leader聽series is to provide supervisors, managers, leaders and aspiring leaders at CU 麻豆影院 with the knowledge and skills to lead their teams聽to be more inclusive聽and聽equitable,聽as well as the ability to聽create a sense of belonging聽among team members.聽CU 麻豆影院 is committed to advancing the IDEA Plan and building an inclusive culture on聽campus.聽
Each Wednesday for six weeks, CU 麻豆影院 supervisors and aspiring leaders will meet on Zoom to address varying aspects of diversity and inclusion.
Weekly objectives
While a six week commitment is highly recommended, participants are welcome to join as their schedule allows.
