Herbst Founding Director to be Honored in D.C.
Many of you remember , the founding director of the Herbst Program. After he left CU, he went on to multiple international posts, including acting president of the from 2010 to 2013.
To commemorate Thanasi鈥檚 contributions, AUIS is naming its library in his honor. An October reception in Washington, D.C., 鈥渨ill celebrate the launching of the Moulakis Special Collections and Reading Room of the Dr. Athanasios Moulakis Memorial Library.鈥 The event is on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 5-7 p.m. at The Westchester, 4000 Cathedral Ave. NW.
