Please arrive聽15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. Self check-in computers are located on the first floor near the main desk.听Arriving late may result in your being rescheduled.

Appointments must be cancelled by聽5 p.m.听the business day before聽your appointment by calling 303-492-5432聽(please leave a detailed message if we are unable to answer your call).

Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge.

Students with the Gold SHIP:
The Gold Plan covers Sports Medicine care provided at Wardenburg.

Students with Private Insurance:
BuffCare does not cover fees for orthopedic care.
