What鈥檚 New on the FRPA This Year

Deadlines

For FRPA 2023, the deadline to submit your report to your primary unit via FRPA Online is February 1, 2024. FRPA Online is available through your MyCUInfo portal.听

Database Closure Date
The FRPA 2023听data set will be frozen as of June 1, 2024. No additions or revisions to the 2023 FRPA are allowed after May 31, 2024.

CU Experts Updates
Updates to your CU Experts profile can be made year-round. This includes the CV, Profile Name, Photo,听International Work, Research, and Online Presence pages in FRPA Online.

Getting Started

There are three ways to access FRPA Online:

1. Log in to using your campus IdentiKey credentials. From the 鈥淐U Resources鈥 or "Reporting & Compliance" tab, click the tile for 鈥淔aculty Reporting & DEPA.鈥 Click the 鈥淟ogin to FRPA鈥 button.听

Staff needing to access an individual faculty member's report on their behalf, please use access method #3 listed above. You will need to first enter your own campus identikey credentials. On the subsequent page, enter the faculty member's FRPA-specific login credentials. If the faculty member does not know their FRPA-specific login credentials, please have them contact the Faculty Data & Impact Team听at听ofafacultydata@colorado.edu.

Visit your CU 麻豆影院 Elements (CUBE)account to enter most Scholarly Works and all Creative Works. You may log in directly to CUBE using your campus IdentiKey credentials at .

Once you鈥檝e completed each section of your report, use the View/Print FRPA menu item to review your full FRPA. When you are satisfied with your report, scroll to the bottom of the left menu and click 鈥淐omplete.鈥 Click the 鈥淐omplete & Release鈥 button, select your unit(s) from the list, and click the 鈥淔inish Complete & Release鈥 button. Note: Should you make modifications to your FRPA after the initial submission, you will need to complete and re-release the updated report to your unit.

CU 麻豆影院 Elements (CUBE) Upgrade

CU 麻豆影院 Elements (CUBE) has been upgraded to Version 6 ahead of the 2023 FRPA reporting cycle. While its look has changed, core functionalities stay the same: You can still claim publications, manually add your scholarly and creative works, and import/export your publication data.

We have also updated our quick start guides to reflect the interface changes.

Other Changes

The following changes also have been made to FRPA 2023:

  • Updated the URL validation process in the Research section to accommodate links for various social media handles and links.
  • Added supplementary language to the Vita and Profile Photo sections that specify the minimum requirements for uploading files and photos.
  • 鈥淕eneral Engineering鈥 has been re-named as 鈥淚ntegrated Design Engineering鈥 in the list of units the FRPA can be released to.
