Scholarships
- Three Â鶹ӰԺ Environmental Engineering graduate students have earned 2023 scholarships through the American Water Works Association (AWWA).Emma Wells (Advisors: Amy Javernick-Will and Karl Linden) is recipient of the HDR One
- The Board of Directors of the Colorado Groundwater Association has announced the availability of the Harlan Erker Memorial Scholarship for 2020. They will again be awarding one or more scholarships of up to $2,000.
- Applications are now open to apply for a prestigious scholarship offered by Jeppesen, a Boeing company. The scholarship covers travel and living expenses to spend one semester studying at TU-Darmstadt, a leading engineering university in Germany, followed by a full-time paid internship at Jeppesen in Frankfurt.
- The Colorado Groundwater Association is announcing the availability of the 2019 Harlan Erker Memorial Scholarship. One or more scholarships of up to $2,000 will be awarded in April 2020. The scholarship is open to graduate students and senior undergraduates (as of fall 2020) currently attending an accredited college or university in Colorado. Â
- The Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) Fellowship Program provides opportunities to doctoral candidates to engage in full-time dissertation research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies. The program is designed to deepen research knowledge and increase the study of modern foreign languages, cultural engagement, and area studies not generally included in U.S. curricula.Â
- The Center for Science and Technology Policy Research (CSTPR) within the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) at CU-Â鶹ӰԺ is offering a $1500 award to an eligible CU-Â鶹ӰԺ student
- The Arkansas River Basin Water Forum is now accepting applications for the 2019/20 college scholarship program. The scholarships are intended to offset the students educational expenses and offer the fantastic opportunity to attend our Forum, free of charge, to network and meet water resources professionals.
- PhD candidate Lauren Magliozzi was recently awarded the Aiken Endowed Memorial Graduate Research Fellowship from CU Â鶹ӰԺ’s Center for Water, Earth Science and Technology!
- Tara Randall was recently awarded the WateReuse Association Colorado Student Scholarship, which will help her conduct meaningful water reuse research that spans social, cultural and economic barriers in Israel and Uganda.Â
- The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) is the largest general scientific society in the world. The fellowship program offers hands-on opportunities to apply your scientific knowledge and technical skills to important societal
