The College of Engineering and Applied Science, the College of Arts and Sciences and the Leeds School of Business are teaming up to ahead of the Right Here, Right Now Global Climate Summit. The event will highlight interdisciplinary solutions and research to address climate change. Visitors can view poster presentations or learn more about the various centers and programs working in this research area.

Congratulations to Robert H. Davis of chemical and biological engineering and Leysia Palen of computer science on earning the highest honor bestowed upon faculty across the system's four campuses.

The nomination window for the 2023 Distinguished Engineering Alumni Awards (DEAA) and Recent Alumni Award (RAA) is now open! These awards are considered the highest honors granted by the College of Engineering and Applied Science, and faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to consider nominating any alumni that they find deserving. Nominations are due Nov. 15. Learn more about making a nomination.

In November, we recognize and celebrate Native American and Indigenous community members in our college. This is a time to celebrate cultures, traditions, and histories, as well as to acknowledge the important contributions of the original inhabitants of North America.
