This past spring, it was announced that Associate Teaching Professor Jeni Blacklock would be stepping down from her position as CU director and Western Colorado University dean of the WCU-CU Engineering Partnership Program. After serving exceptionally well, Jeni鈥檚 last day in that role was June 30.
Today, I am excited to share that Teaching Assistant Professor Kevin Terry has accepted the invitation to serve as the interim director for the partnership program at WCU. Kevin resides in Gunnison and is a faculty member at Western鈥檚 Paul M. Rady School of Computer Science & Engineering.
Kevin鈥檚 professional and academic experiences span the fields of aerospace, mechanical聽and biomedical engineering.聽I am confident that his success in academia, as well as the public and private sectors, will enable him to build upon the accomplishments of his predecessor and be effective at establishing important industry relationships.
