Academic advisors in the College of Engineering & Applied Science offer students a mix of individual appointments, drop-in hours, and/or group advising sessions.  Group advising sessions are opportunities for students to receive targeted information focused on particular milestones (first-semester students, rising juniors, etc.).  Individual appointments are an opportunity for you to meet with your advisor one-on-one  -- you’ll want to plan for those meetings by reviewing any relevant material ahead of time and by coming prepared to ask questions and take notes.  Drop-in hours are convenient for quick questions.  Use BuffPortal Advising to see your options and schedule appointments.
