Quinncia: Mock Interviewing

After completing the resume analysis of Quinncia, the mock interview will become available.

Start by Scheduling an InterviewÌýÌý

  • A confirmation email will be sent right after you schedule, including interview tips and tricks as well as a link to practice interview questions. Know that the practice interview questions are not recorded.
  • A reminder email will be sent 15 minutes prior to the interview time, and the interview link will be live for 48 hours after the scheduled meeting time.

Mock InterviewÌýÌý

Here are some things you should know before going into your mock interview:

  • Quinncia will have access to your microphone and camera.
  • There will be two minutes to complete the first question and 90 seconds for every question after. There will be a timer, which is optional.
  • Quinncia will give some immediate feedback as you complete the interview:
    • The overall analysis will come 15 minutes to 48 hours after the interview is completed.
    • You will receive an email notification once the analysis is available.
  • The analysis includes the same data points applicants are scored on in the actual job market, including:
    • Rate of speech
    • Filler words
    • Speech analytics
    • Micro-expressions
    • Eye contact
    • Answer length
    • Soft and hard Skills
