Employees
- Employees who need to withdraw from the university should initially contact theÌýWithdrawal CoordinatorÌýin the Office of the Registrar.
- If you drop all of your classes after theÌýdrop deadlineÌýfor the respective term, you will be assessed a $200 withdrawal fee. Exception: If you withdraw (drop all classes) due to an unexpected increase in your workload that was not foreseen before the semester began, you may submit a supporting letter or email from your supervisor to the Bursar’s Office at bldrtuitionbenefit@colorado.edu until the last day of the semester. The withdrawal processing fee will be removed from your account after the letter or email is received. Letters or emails from supervisors received after the last day of the semester will not be accepted.
- Once you are officially withdrawn from the university, you must contact the Tuition Assistance Benefit Coordinator at bldrtuitionbenefit@colorado.edu.
