Sophomore and Senior-year Programming
Because there are no Norlin classes during the second and final year for our scholars, we will provide opportunities for scholars to participate in the community in particular ways, to be determined each year. Additionally, we encourage second and fourth-year students to take every opportunity--formal (such as working as a UEP Office Assistant or being on the social committee) and informal (using the suite, coming to events, mentoring new scholars)--to be an involved member of the community.
What our sophmores say about the second-year programming:
"I've been encouraged to think deeply about anything and everything."
"The emphasis on human connection and creative expression in this program is one of its greatest strengths, deeply enriching the education of its scholars."
