Our Post-Baccalaureate option is for artists who have finished their undergraduate degree and would like additional time and space to develop work while immersed in a dynamic community of artists. During their time at CU, post-bac students develop lasting professional relationships with their peers and faculty, relationships that often continue to influence their work as artists throughout their professional careers.
In most cases, we provide shared studio space and access to professors in the area of study allowing students to decide how they would like to structure their time at CU-麻豆影院. Normally, post-bac students join studio classes with advanced undergraduates in IMAP (photo, video, digital, and integrated art), Ceramics, Sculpture and Post-Studio Practice, Printmaking, Painting and Drawing and have the opportunity to develop independent projects. Regular critiques, one-on-one conversations with faculty and students, guidance on professional careers in the arts, and providing the time and space to develop a cohesive body of work before moving on to the next phase of one鈥檚 career are features of the program. Students may participate in the Post-Baccalaureate option for one or two semesters.
The post-bac option听is a non-certificate program and does not qualify for financial aid.
