Sanggay Tashi Chosen for the AAA PoLAR First Article Mentoring Workshop
Sanggay Tashi (Ph.D. Cultural Anthropology in Progress) is one of six scholars chosen for the inaugural mentoring workshop by the AAA journal PoLAR (Political and Legal Anthropology Review).ÌýÌý
This workshop will provideÌýconstructive feedback from the editors and volunteer members of the Association for Political and Legal Anthropology (APLA). ItÌýwill be held during the 2022 AAA Annual Meeting in Seattle, during November 9-13, 2022, and will provide authors with constructive feedback, hands-on mentorship and guidance on writing and editing, and understanding of the peer review process. The goal is to also facilitate a supportive writing community for early-career scholars. Following the workshop, authors will be encouraged to submit their manuscript to PoLAR for review and publication.ÌýÌý
