Born and raised in Texas, Andrew got his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and master鈥檚 degree at Texas State University where he worked as the graduate assistant for community service. Prior to the VRC, he worked in Residence Life as the hall director for Cheyenne Arapaho Hall. He is proud of his work to build awareness around our name鈥檚 cultural history as well as provide representation of Indigenous folks within the community. He is excited to get back into student volunteerism and all of the opportunities and programs that come with it. He believes service is an incredibly important part of the student experience as it builds a sense of belonging and can create lifelong volunteers. He is excited to get to work and serve students in a new role here at CU.
