Vitro3D was founded in 2020 by听Camila Uzcategui and Johnny Hergert to bring to market their revolutionary volumetric 3D printing technology developed while PhD students in Bob McLeod's lab听(CU 麻豆影院 College of Engineering and Applied Science). Partnering听with CU 麻豆影院, Vitro3D has harnessed programs such as the NSF I-CorpsTM: Hub West Starting Blocks and Research-to-Market (R2M),听Lab Venture Challenge (LVC), Destination Startup听and the .听Vitro3D is also part of 鈥 Colorado Life Sciences Incubator cohort, with backing from the Buff Venture Fund,听and is focused on three听distinct markets鈥攆irst the dental market, then 3D cell culture for drug development, and scaffolds for human organ and tissue regeneration.
